In a bid to address the growing skills gap and unemployment challenges in India, apna, a popular jobs and professional networking platform, has announced a collaboration with Rubicon, a skilling and training provider. The partnership aims to create over 50,000 job opportunities across various by the end of the fiscal year 2025. The platform claims that the partnership has already received an overwhelming response, with over 5,000 job applications from users in the last 30 days.

In addition to this, apna and Rubicon have set their sights even higher, aiming to enable more than 2 million job opportunities by 2030. How the Partnership Aims at Creating Jobs
The initiative will focus on providing customized training and development programs to job seekers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet industry demands. The partnership will have a significant impact across India, with plans to create 20,000 job opportunities in Tier 1 cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, and an even greater focus on Tier 2 and 3 cities like Jaipur, Surat, Lucknow, and Bhubaneswar, where 30,000 job posts are planned.
