A Samsung TV outage has impacted several users who have been facing trouble with their televion sets. The outage, which seems to have started a few hours ago, remained unresolved at the time this report was published. Users have taken to social media to request Samsung for a reason for the outage. “Just finished a factory reset on my Samsung TV, thinking I was the only one having issues. Turns out everyone’s experiencing the same thing. Now I can’t wait to re-download all my apps and struggle to log in because I don’t remember any of my passwords,” said one of the users.

Users state that they have been facing trouble while connecting with their Smart Hub. “Hey Samsung TV, What’s going on with your Smart Hub? Thousands of Samsung TVs are not connecting. I even did a factory reset before realizing it was you, and not me. Now I have to reinstall all my apps while waiting for you to fix this,” said another user.

While an official confirmation from Samsung is awaited on the issue, the company has been responding to users saying: “Hello, There! Thank you for contacting us! We understand the difficulty you’ve experienced with your TV. Please send us a DM, and we’ll be more than glad to assist.” However, an official statement on the Samsung TV Outage is awaited.
