Amol Pradhan has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer at LG CNS Singapore, marking a new leadership move in the company’s efforts to accelerate enterprise transformation and AI-led innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. Pradhan joins LG CNS after an eight-year stint at IBM Consulting, where he worked with more than 30 global clients across 24 countries and multiple industries, including banking, telecom, aviation, and the public sector. In his most recent role, he led cloud advisory and enterprise transformation initiatives, focusing on large-scale digital, data, and AI programs.

Announcing his new role, Pradhan expressed gratitude for his time at IBM and highlighted his focus for the road ahead. “After an incredible 8+ years journey at IBM Consulting, working with 32 global clients across 24 countries and 8 industries, I move forward with deep gratitude. I’m excited to begin a new chapter as Chief Transformation Officer at LG CNS Singapore,” he said.
At LG CNS, the IT services and consulting arm of the LG Group, Pradhan will lead sales and delivery across key domains including AI, cloud, data centres, application modernisation, infrastructure, network, and security. He will also be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy in APAC, strengthening client partnerships, and scaling transformation capabilities.
A key part of his mandate will involve advancing AI-driven software development lifecycle (SDLC) transformation using emerging agentic AI approaches to enhance productivity and innovation. He is also expected to spearhead core banking transformation programmes, aligning technology modernisation with regulatory requirements and business outcomes.
In addition, Pradhan will focus on building enterprise-wide observability frameworks to ensure compliance and operational resilience across increasingly complex digital environments. Prior to joining LG CNS, Pradhan also held advisory and strategy roles, including serving as a startup advisor with AgileAsia and a short tenure as Chief Strategy Officer at a stealth startup, where he worked on AI strategy and data governance initiatives.
