Fujitsu has appointed Meghan Nandgaonkar as the Head of Technology, Risk and Resilience within its Global Delivery Unit (GDU). In this role, he will oversee technology strategy, risk management, and operational resilience across Fujitsu’s delivery centers located in India, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with a specific focus on supporting services for Japan.
Nandgaonkar has been with Fujitsu for over 15 years, having held a range of leadership roles spanning delivery operations, IT, and enterprise risk. Most recently, he served as Head of Risk and Resilience for the GDU and previously led the Japan Delivery Unit (JDU), where he was responsible for managing a geographically distributed team and aligning delivery practices with global standards.

His prior roles at Fujitsu include Deputy CIO for Global Delivery, Director of IT for the India Global Delivery Center, and Head of various technology and service lines. His responsibilities have included leading enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, security functions, and technology modernization initiatives across multiple delivery regions.
Nandgaonkar’s experience also includes a consulting tenure at HCL Technologies, where he worked on CRM delivery and transformation programs for clients in financial services, public sector, and high-tech industries. In his new capacity, Nandgaonkar will focus on strengthening Fujitsu’s global delivery operations through enhanced governance, risk frameworks, and resilient technology practices aligned with business objectives.
