Samriddhi Bhattacharyya has been appointed Senior Director and Head of National Enterprise and SMB at Iron Mountain India, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its focus on enterprise, mid-market and small business segments across the country. A senior business leader with close to two decades of global experience, Bhattacharyya is widely recognised for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and AI-led digital transformation across enterprise and commercial markets. Her career spans leadership roles across India, APAC and EMEA, where she has built high-performing teams, led complex transformation programs, and delivered measurable commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain India, Bhattacharyya served at Dell Technologies, most recently as Director and General Manager – Generative AI Growth Business (Enterprise and Startups), India. In this role, she led strategic initiatives enabling enterprises and startups to harness artificial intelligence and data to unlock new business models, optimise operations, and drive sustainable profitability.
During her five-year tenure at Dell Technologies, she also held the position of Country Director, Small Business Solutions, where she led national growth strategies, strengthened partner ecosystems, and delivered consistent double-digit year-on-year revenue growth. Earlier, she served as Regional Sales Manager, managing large enterprise portfolios and leading cross-functional teams across complex sales environments.
Her professional journey also includes leadership stints at Oracle, Micro Focus, HARMAN Connected Services, and Tech Mahindra, where she handled roles spanning enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and client leadership. Across these roles, Bhattacharyya has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to CXOs, guiding enterprises through AI adoption, data modernisation, and large-scale digital transformation. Her leadership experience includes managing multimillion-dollar P&L portfolios, designing go-to-market strategies, and building strategic alliances for scalable business growth.
Commenting on her leadership philosophy, Bhattacharyya has consistently emphasised the importance of combining innovation with empathy. She is known for fostering co-creation with clients, empowering teams, and building sustainable growth models anchored in technology and business outcomes. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Bhattacharyya is a Doctoral Fellow at SP Jain Global, where her research focuses on AI adoption and its business impact. She is also a frequent keynote speaker and innovation advocate at leading industry forums. At Iron Mountain India, she will be responsible for driving national enterprise and SMB strategy, strengthening customer engagement, expanding market presence, and accelerating adoption of data-centric and digital solutions across sectors.
