Forcepoint has appointed Archie Jackson as Executive Data Security Strategist & Customer Success for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In his new role, Jackson will work closely with customers across the region to support the adoption of Forcepoint’s data security solutions and help organizations achieve measurable security and business outcomes.

Based in APAC, Jackson will partner with enterprises to align data security implementations with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and operational realities. His responsibilities include guiding customers on solution adoption, optimizing deployments for real-world use cases, and improving visibility and risk management across enterprise environments. He will also act as a conduit between customers and Forcepoint’s product, engineering, and support teams, ensuring customer feedback informs platform enhancements and service delivery.
Jackson brings over two decades of global leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, data protection, enterprise IT, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Forcepoint, he served as Vice President – Global Head of IT and CISO, and Head of Cybersecurity Business Unit at Incedo Inc., where he led enterprise-wide IT and cybersecurity strategy and built a global cybersecurity advisory practice. His earlier roles include senior technology and information security leadership positions at Genpact, Sopra Steria (NHS Shared Business Services), Capgemini, DXC Technology, HP, and Tata Communications.
He has also been actively involved in industry forums and leadership communities, including serving as an Executive Committee Member with CIOs of India. In addition, Jackson is the co-founder of TedSHARK Labs, a not-for-profit global cybersecurity and data privacy leadership community focused on executive dialogue around cybersecurity, AI risk, and digital trust.
Across his career, Jackson has worked closely with CIOs, CISOs, and senior leadership teams to evolve cybersecurity from reactive controls to resilience-driven, business-aligned security programs. His work has been recognized through industry platforms such as CIO100, CSO100, and APAC CIO listings. In his new role at Forcepoint, Jackson will focus on strengthening customer success outcomes across APAC, helping organizations navigate data security challenges in an increasingly complex and AI-driven threat landscape.
