Arshad Mumtaz has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at CogentHubCX.AI, a company focused on redefining customer experience through the integration of artificial intelligence and human insight. In this role, Mumtaz will lead strategic operations and help scale the company’s hybrid approach to business process outsourcing (BPO).
CogentHubCX.AI operates in a fast-evolving segment of the BPO industry, where automation and AI tools are increasingly being deployed to augment traditional customer service operations. The company’s model emphasizes blending machine intelligence with human interaction to enhance service quality and efficiency.

With over 25 years of experience across telecom, BFSI, retail, travel, and technology sectors, Mumtaz brings deep expertise in operational strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation. Prior to joining CogentHubCX.AI, he was Executive Vice President and Global Business Leader at IGT Solutions, where he led global service delivery, managing a workforce of 18,000 employees across 20 locations with revenues of over $200 million.
His previous leadership roles include senior positions at Spanco BPO, Bharti Airtel, TeleTech India, Hughes Network Systems, GE Capital, and 21 Century Solutions. Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale transitions, driven digitization efforts using AI, speech analytics, and automation, and led complex operations in both domestic and international markets.
Mumtaz is also a certified Six Sigma and COPC practitioner, with a track record in process re-engineering, cost efficiency, partner ecosystem development, and P&L management. At CogentHubCX.AI, he is expected to apply this operational rigour to help the company expand its footprint in the CX technology space.
