“502 from Google Meet usually indicates that the regional edge proxy cannot establish a successful upstream connection with Google’s core meeting service. In most cases, this points to a failure in the regional load balancer or a misbehaving CDN PoP serving India,” adds a user, Uday Sharma, on social media platform X. While the Google Meet outage persists and the platform still faces issues, the company is yet to issue a fix or a statement with regard to the issue.

AWS experienced downtime on October 20, followed by Microsoft Azure on October 29 and Oracle Cloud on October 30. Cloudflare reported disruptions on November 18, and Google Meet faced an outage on November 26.
