Singhi & Co. has announced the appointment of Harish Arora as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO). In this dual role, Arora will oversee the firm’s information security, data protection, and governance programs aimed at strengthening its security posture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Arora brings over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management, with leadership roles across banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and IT services. Before joining Singhi & Co., he served as CISO at Ambit Private Limited, Aye Finance, and IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited. He also held key positions at Max Healthcare (on behalf of Precision Pyramid Pvt. Ltd.), Rednep Technologies, and Aptara.
His expertise covers a wide spectrum, including regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISMS, ISO, PCI-DSS), IT audits, third-party risk management, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management. With this appointment, Singhi & Co. aims to further strengthen its security and compliance framework at a time when regulatory demands and digital risks are growing across industries.
