Ravikrishnan Srinivasan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of TK Elevator India, bringing more than three decades of global leadership experience in industrial automation, digital solutions and business operations. Announcing his new role, Srinivasan said he was excited to join the elevator and urban mobility solutions company and lead its next phase of growth in India.

He also expressed gratitude to his previous organisation, acknowledging the role it played in shaping his professional journey. “I want to thank Honeywell for the wonderful support all these years that has shaped me professionally and personally. I am grateful to the leaders, my colleagues and team members who made my tenure truly memorable,” he added.

Prior to joining TK Elevator, Srinivasan spent more than eight years at Honeywell, most recently serving as Vice President for Industrial Automation in the Asia Pacific region. In that role, he led the industrial automation business from Greater Kuala Lumpur, overseeing strategy, operations and growth across multiple markets. Earlier, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Emissions Management within Honeywell Connected Enterprise in Atlanta, where he focused on industrial innovation, sustainability solutions and digital transformation initiatives aimed at helping companies measure, monitor and reduce emissions.
During his tenure at Honeywell, he also led the company’s Process Solutions business for Asia Pacific, where he held full profit-and-loss responsibility and oversaw projects and automation operations across the region. His leadership responsibilities extended to corporate governance roles, including board positions for Honeywell Malaysia and Honeywell Singapore, and leadership roles for Honeywell entities in the Philippines and Indonesia.
Before joining Honeywell, Srinivasan spent nearly 12 years at Rockwell Automation, where he held several senior leadership positions in the Asia Pacific region. These included Regional Director for EPC and Oil & Gas and Regional Sales Leader, where he led large teams responsible for strategic sales growth, customer acquisition and partnerships across sectors such as engineering procurement and construction (EPC), chemicals and energy.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple roles with Honeywell across Asia and the Middle East, including assignments in China and Saudi Arabia, where he worked closely with major energy and industrial clients. His early career also included a stint at Thermax in Pune, where he began as an engineer working on control systems for waste heat boiler projects.
Over his career, Srinivasan has built expertise in profit-and-loss management, strategic planning, sales leadership and business transformation across global industrial automation markets. Known for building high-performance teams and driving disciplined sales strategies, he has also mentored emerging leaders and served on several corporate boards.
At TK Elevator India, he is expected to focus on expanding the company’s presence in the country’s rapidly growing urban infrastructure sector while strengthening its portfolio of elevators, escalators and smart mobility solutions.
