Global professional services major Accenture has appointed Seeler Rebeiro as Managing Director, marking a significant leadership move as the company strengthens its focus on large-scale digital, automation, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Announcing his new role, Rebeiro said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Managing Director at Accenture.” The appointment reflects Accenture’s continued emphasis on deep technology expertise, execution excellence, and leadership in next-generation services.

Rebeiro brings with him over three decades of rich industry experience spanning consulting, enterprise technology services, intelligent automation, and global delivery leadership. Prior to rejoining Accenture, he spent nearly nine years at WNS, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Corporate Senior Vice President from May 2025 to February 2026.
During his tenure at WNS, Rebeiro played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s intelligent automation and technology services portfolio globally. As Corporate Vice President and Global Lead for Intelligent Automation, a role he held for more than three years, he spearheaded enterprise-wide automation programs, drove digital transformation strategies, and built high-performance technology teams across geographies. His leadership significantly contributed to innovation-led growth, operational efficiency, and client value creation.
Earlier, as Corporate Vice President – Technology Services and Senior Director – Technology Services, Rebeiro led large global delivery teams, handled strategic client engagements, managed complex transformation programs, and oversaw critical P&L responsibilities. His expertise spans development planning, RFP leadership, customer interaction, and large-scale enterprise solution delivery.
Rebeiro’s professional journey includes a long and distinguished association with Accenture, where he earlier spent over nine years, rising from Senior Manager to leadership roles. He has also held senior positions at Capgemini, Atos Syntel, and Cable Corporation of India, building a strong foundation across consulting, technology services, and engineering operations.
At Accenture, Rebeiro is expected to play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives, scaling intelligent automation and AI-led enterprise solutions, and deepening client partnerships across industries. His deep expertise in digital transformation, combined with strong execution capabilities, positions him to significantly contribute to Accenture’s next phase of growth.
