    Client is a leading telecommunications provider in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 2006, the company offers a diverse range of services, including mobile and fixed-line telephony, broadband, digital TV, cloud computing, and enterprise ICT solutions.     Challenges Faced by Telecom Provider

    The client faced multiple challenges in transitioning from an on premises system to a cloud-based solution. The existing system was limited in scalability, efficiency, and support, restricting business agility and innovation. Migrating to the cloud required careful reengineering of workflows while ensuring seamless business operations. Additionally, integrating Microsoft’s cloud-exclusive mobile application was essential to enhance workforce mobility and service management. The integration of Microsoft’s cloud-exclusive mobile application further empowered field teams with real-time service tracking, better mobility, and faster response times. These enhancements allowed the client to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring a scalable and future-ready infrastructure.
