iPhone Air Features
The iPhone Air features a titanium build that is both light and strong, with a new internal structure designed to maximize durability. Apple has equipped it with Ceramic Shield protection on the back and the latest Ceramic Shield 2 on the front, offering better scratch resistance. The device comes with a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display that supports ProMotion up to 120Hz, delivering smoother visuals for everyday use, gaming, and video playback. The iPhone Air runs on Apple’s most advanced chip lineup yet, which is the A19 Pro, N1, and C1X. This combination promises top-tier performance across apps, gaming, and AI-driven features.

The smartphone’s camera setup includes a 48MP Fusion Main camera with the equivalent of four lenses for versatile photography. On the front, an 18MP Center Stage camera is designed to improve selfies and video calls. The iPhone Air will be available in space black, cloud white, light gold, and sky blue. Battery performance has also been a highlight, with the device promising all-day usage. A new Adaptive Power Mode in iOS 26 tracks user habits and optimizes power consumption, extending usability when battery levels run low.

Alongside the iPhone Air, Apple also launched the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch Series 11, Watch SE 3, and Watch Ultra 3. Apple also previewed its next-generation software updates, including iOS 26, macOS 26 (Tahoe), iPadOS 26, and watchOS 26. The iPhone 17 lineup introduces the A19 chip, Ceramic Shield 2 protection, and a new 48MP Ultra Wide camera. The Pro and Pro Max models feature an A19 Pro chip, vapor chamber cooling, and camera systems with up to 8x optical zoom, targeting professional photographers and filmmakers.
iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Series’ Price in India
The iPhone 17 is priced at Rs 82,900 for the 256GB model and Rs 1,02,900 for the 512GB variant. The iPhone Air starts at Rs 1,19,900 for 256GB, Rs 1,39,900 for 512GB, and Rs 1,59,900 for the 1TB version. The iPhone 17 Pro is listed at Rs 1,34,900 for 256GB, Rs 1,54,900 for 512GB, and Rs 1,74,900 for 1TB. The top-end iPhone 17 Pro Max is priced at Rs 1,49,900 for 256GB, Rs 1,69,900 for 512GB, Rs 1,89,900 for 1TB, and Rs 2,29,900 for the 2TB variantPre-orders for the new iPhone models begin on September 12, with availability starting September 19 in India and other key markets.
