Vehere, a leading Indian cybersecurity intelligence company, has announced the appointment of Som Satsangi, former Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) India, to its Board of Directors. With over four decades in the technology industry, Satsangi’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Vehere as it accelerates its mission to build world-class, made-in-India products for cyber defense and national resilience.

Vehere has established itself as a prominent player in the cybersecurity space, offering advanced cyber intelligence and network defense solutions that play a crucial role in counter-terror operations and national security initiatives. Satsangi, who retired from HPE India in July 2025, brings an extensive background in leadership, digital transformation, and ecosystem building. During his tenure at HPE, he spearheaded the Digital Catalyst Program, which connected top-performing startups with the HPE Pathfinder program, giving them access to global innovation and investment opportunities.
Under his leadership, HPE India expanded its footprint across the country, strengthened manufacturing capabilities, and led customer-centric digital transformation initiatives. Beyond corporate leadership, Satsangi has been a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and talent development, mentoring professionals across the tech industry.
He has also held key industry roles, including Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in India, member of the USISPF India Executive Leadership Board, and active participant in the World Economic Forum’s South Asia Working Group.
