Vikra aims at enabling frictionless e-commerce in India. Some of the benefits that the app has to offer, according to Zoho, are as follows:

- Users can be created and managed across multiple stores by assigning specific permissions, ensuring proper authorization for access to key information and functions, thus enabling a streamlined approach that enhances security and allows for efficient operation across the organization.
- Businesses can gain insights into individual store performance through dedicated dashboards that track store-specific key metrics, such as fast-moving items, order trends, and support tickets. The company says that the data-driven approach enables efficient performance monitoring and management across all locations.
- Shipping policies can be established, allowing control over delivery areas based on specific radii and limits enabling businesses the flexibility to determine where and when deliveries can be made, optimizing their logistics operations.
- Business can manage sales orders to delivery through the app.
