Sivakumar Subramanian has recently joined HCLTech as Vice President (VP) and Global Delivery Head for the company’s Cyber Security business. He was earlier associated with Accenture as its Global Delivery Lead- Cyber Detection and Response Services. At Accenture, Sivakumar oversaw the global delivery of detection and response capabilities, formerly known as the Security Operations Center. His responsibilities included developing delivery strategies, establishing delivery centers, and creating new offerings within the detection and response domain.

His career includes building business units in specialized technology areas such as cybersecurity. He has contributed to developing teams and leadership structures aimed at supporting business growth. Sivakumar has also provided guidance to clients during digital transformation initiatives, focusing on integrating security measures as part of the process. Additionally, he has collaborated with security ecosystem partners. Sivakumar holds certifications including CISM, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, PMP, and QAD (Accenture). He has also been associated with notable companies such as Cognizant, Capgemini and HP in the past.
