MAXHUB’s Vision for Growth: New Launches and Partner Collaborations

MAXHUB, a leading provider of collaborative solutions, unveiled its latest product lineup at DIDAC India 2024. The event, held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, showcased the new E2 series, U3 series, UC P30 PTZ camera, V7 series, MTR solutions, and LED solutions, all available for attendees to experience. These products have been designed to meet the evolving needs of both the education and corporate sectors.

The E2 and U3 Interactive Flat Panels are tailored for the education sector, while the V7 series is specifically designed for corporate environments. MAXHUB also introduced the UC P30, an AI-powered PTZ camera for enhanced video conferencing.

Tech Achieve Media had the opportunity to speak with Pankaj Jha, Managing Director of MAXHUB India, during the event. Along with sharing insights into the new products, Jha encouraged partners across the country to trust in the company and collaborate for growth, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

TAM: Could you provide us with a brief overview of MAXHUB and the products launched here at DIDAC 2024?

Pankaj Jha: MAXHUB is a CVTE brand, and CVTE is a globally renowned company specializing in the manufacturing of interactive flat panels and display devices. Initially, we focused on education solutions, but now we offer products that cater to both education and corporate sectors.

In the education space, we’ve evolved from offering Android 11 products to launching Google EDLA-certified devices. These products provide the full Google suite, including the Play Store, allowing educators to download various applications for classroom teaching. We’ve also introduced the U30 series, a 500-nit panel with an inbuilt microphone, ideal for brighter environments. This product is a standout in the market.

Additionally, our E2 series is a more affordable option, running on Android 13, with 8GB RAM and 64GB storage—plenty of space for educators to store files and run applications smoothly. The U30 series is powered by an octa-core processor, ensuring excellent performance. Both models are manufactured in India, specifically in Noida.

On the enterprise front, we’ve introduced a 92-inch, 21:9 aspect ratio display with an inbuilt 50MP triple camera and 16-area microphones. This eliminates the need for separate cameras, microphones, and speakers in meeting rooms, reducing clutter. We also offer MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) devices and tabletop solutions, certified by Microsoft and Zoom, to streamline the management of boardrooms and meeting spaces.

For larger display needs, we provide non-touch panels up to 105 inches. We’ve also launched the P30, a PTZ camera with 12x digital zoom, presenter tracking, and noise cancellation—ideal for professional setups. One of our unique offerings is a wireless capture system, perfect for setting up a surveillance zone in just 15 minutes, with 6-hour battery backup. This portable solution is also a touch device, capable of storing up to 100 classrooms’ worth of content, which can then be streamed on various platforms.

Our goal is to differentiate ourselves by providing interactive solutions for both education and enterprise, enhancing meeting room experiences by offering tools for interactivity, annotation, and easy sharing of meeting notes in PDF format.

TAM: MAXHUB India’s partner network is vast, with over 500 partners nationwide. Can you elaborate on the strategies that have been most effective in building and maintaining this robust ecosystem?

Pankaj Jha: One of the most important things for us is our belief in the channel ecosystem. We work closely with national and regional distributors, system integrators, resellers, and preferred partners. My previous career has also been channel-oriented, as India is such a vast and diverse country that reaching every corner requires the support of various partners. Our company firmly believes in the channel model, not just in India but globally.

We have long-standing relationships with many of our channel partners, some of whom have been with us for 5, 7, or even 10 years. This reflects our mutual trust and commitment to growing together. Our message to partners is that just as we believe in them, they should believe in us.

We encourage partners to utilize and experience our products, and confidently pitch them to their customers. I can assure them that the quality of our products is among the best in the industry. Experiencing the product firsthand will help them convey this quality to their clients.

I can say that premium clients, including large coaching institutes, are among our users. These institutes use our interactive flat panels from morning till evening, and they prefer us because they trust the superior quality of our products. This trust is further strengthened by our connection to CVTE, a leading manufacturer of interactive flat panels.

TAM: You have a strong presence in Metro cities across the country. Do you plan on expanding your presence in tier II and tier III cities?

Pankaj Jha: Yes, we’ve already started expanding into Tier 2 cities, and we now have a strong presence there. However, we aim to expand even further into new cities. Our target for next year is to establish a presence in at least 40 additional Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

We invite partners to collaborate with us in creating experience zones within their premises. We’re ready to support them with devices, assistance, and resources, so we can grow the business together. This is also a message to potential partners: if you’re interested in working with us in these regions, please reach out. We’re eager to collaborate and help create these experience zones, allowing our partners to achieve greater success alongside us.

TAM: What challenges do you anticipate in these regions, and how do you plan to address them?

Pankaj Jha: Yes, at large events, it’s easy to showcase our entire solution. However, in smaller cities, it can be a bit more challenging. In those cases, smaller devices may be more practical. The format may need to be scaled down, but that’s why I’m emphasizing the importance of partners creating their own experience zones. By doing so, they can fully leverage the benefits of the solutions we offer

TAM: What are the long-term goals for MAXHUB in terms of expanding its product lineup and supporting new communication and collaboration technologies?

Pankaj Jha: Yes, absolutely. Just like how phones are constantly being upgraded, the hardware for these devices will evolve over time. However, there’s much more to consider beyond hardware specifications—it’s also about the utility features built into the devices.

My message to those in the education system is that they should focus on more than just the hardware when making purchases. They need to evaluate the utility and quality. It’s like when you go to a fabric store—you’ll find different types of fabrics, even in the same brand showroom. The same goes for these products; there are different panels and features available.

Partners need to pitch these products to their customers to truly understand what the customer likes and prefers. I’m 100% confident in the quality of my product, and that’s why I urge us to reach out to more partners, who in turn can connect with a wider customer base.

I am fully committed to ensuring that every product we bring to India is best in class.
