Claude AI is currently down for several users across the world. The large language model developed by Anthropic currently displays a message saying: “Due to unexpected capacity constraints, Claude is unable to respond to your message. Please try again soon. For higher limits, explore our Pro plan.” The issue has been acknowledged by Anthropic on its status page.

“Unresolved incident: Elevated errors across multiple models,” says the organisation. The company is currently investigating the issue, and has added that: “The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.” Anthropic developed Claude, a Generative AI assistant similar to ChatGPT. It is designed to help people write, analyse information, answer questions, generate code, summarise documents, and assist with business tasks.
