Professional services firm Deloitte has elevated Archana Ramadoss to the position of Partner, marking a significant milestone in her career spanning more than 27 years across consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, and business advisory. A seasoned technology and business transformation leader, Ramadoss brings extensive experience in helping global enterprises drive business outcomes through digital innovation. Her expertise lies at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with a strong focus on digital channel transformation, customer experience, e-commerce, CRM, and MarTech initiatives. Over the years, she has led large-scale transformation programmes for clients across consumer goods, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and high-tech sectors. She has also played a key role in building niche consulting capabilities, developing global teams, and driving strategic growth initiatives for organisations.
Ramadoss has been associated with Deloitte for over five years. Prior to her elevation as Partner in June 2026, she served as Director from June 2022 to May 2026 and Associate Director from April 2021 to June 2022. During her tenure, she worked extensively on digital marketing and customer experience transformation programmes while strengthening the firm’s MarTech capabilities. Before joining Deloitte, she spent more than four years as Managing Consultant at Wipro, where she led digital consulting and transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
Earlier, Ramadoss held multiple leadership roles at IBM over nearly 11 years. During this period, she served as consultant, project manager, delivery leader and business development executive across major digital commerce, CRM and multi-channel marketing programmes. Her notable assignments included leading a first-of-its-kind digital commerce transformation initiative, driving CRM strategy for a leading Indian insurance company, and managing customer engagement programmes for global pharmaceutical and animal health organisations.
She also had a brief stint with Accenture in Australia as Manager, and began her professional journey with Polaris Software Lab, where she spent over six years as a Systems Engineer. Throughout her career, Ramadoss has built a strong reputation for delivering complex digital transformation programmes, creating new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. Her core areas of specialisation include IT consulting, strategic growth initiatives, business development, customer relationship management, and large-scale digital channel transformation.
