Accenture in India has introduced an Adoption Assistance Program for its people who are embarking on a journey to welcome a child through adoption. The program offers financial assistance for adoption-related expenses. Each Accenture employee can avail this benefit towards two instances of adoption.
The initiative strengthens Accenture’s existing policies and programs to support its people who are parents, or those who seek to embrace parenthood.
