Crayon, a global leader in IT services and innovation, has announced its new role as an authorized Cloud Commerce Manager (CCM) for Broadcom. This appointment positions Crayon to handle all order processes for VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) Pinnacle and Premier partners across the Asia Pacific region.
Crayon’s responsibilities will extend across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Taiwan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Myanmar. With this role, Crayon is set to support and facilitate the adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), along with services related to storage, ransomware and disaster recovery, and application platforms.

Cloud Commerce Managers are pivotal in managing order processes, including submissions and monthly billing for VCSP Pinnacle and Premier partners. This streamlines operations, allowing partners to concentrate on value creation for their customers. CCMs also assist in the adoption and management of VCF for VCSP Premier partners, offering technical and go-to-market support that addresses the challenges of cloud transformation.
