Pure Storage Announces New Partner Capabilities, Celebrates Partner Achievements

At this year’s Pure//Partner Forum, Pure Storage unveiled a host of new capabilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience for its partners. The event, held in Las Vegas, also served as a platform to celebrate the 2024 Pure Partner Award winners. The forum brought together 450 partners, offering a unique opportunity for networking and collaboration. As a company fully dedicated to its channel-driven model, Pure Storage reaffirmed its commitment to supporting partners who play a critical role in delivering digital transformation and impactful business outcomes for shared customers.

New Capabilities for Partners

Pure Storage continues to innovate within its Partner Program, aiming to provide partners with tools to drive greater operational efficiency and improve customer experience, said the company. The new capabilities announced at the forum include:

  • AI-Powered Asset Management: Through the Pure Assets dashboard, partners can leverage uninterrupted service and clear cost analysis during renewal periods. This feature provides industry-leading visibility into expiring subscriptions and AI-based recommendations, enabling partners to turn renewals into growth opportunities and discover new IT projects.
  • Digital Master Services Agreement: Partners can now opt into a self-service purchasing model, allowing customers to subscribe to additional Evergreen//One™ services within Pure1. This model includes partner margin and full account visibility, aiding partners in tracking revenue growth.
  • Expanded Partner Intelligence: Enhancements in partner intelligence capabilities now offer strategic insights, including account-specific KPIs, trends, growth opportunities, and platform performance analysis. These insights help expose upsell opportunities and improve the customer experience.
  • Simplified Invoice Management: The new Partner Invoice Management system provides self-service invoice reporting, APIs, and an actionable dashboard to significantly reduce or eliminate reconciliation time.
