Genpact has appointed Ajith Madhavan as Vice President, marking his return to the company after nearly 17 years. Madhavan shared the update on social media, calling the move a “special” homecoming. “Coming back to Genpact after 17 years feels incredibly special. A seasoned business operations and finance leader, Madhavan brings more than two decades of experience across global capability centres and business process services, with expertise spanning finance and accounting operations, service delivery and business transformation.

Before rejoining Genpact, he served at Allianz, where he was most recently Head of Financial Business Services, India. Prior to that, he held the role of Service Delivery Lead at the company. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Treeline Business Solutions, Maersk, IBM, Accenture and ACS Technologies, where he led large-scale finance and operations teams across India. Notably, Madhavan previously worked at Genpact between 2007 and 2009 as Manager – F&A Operations, making this appointment a significant return to familiar ground. His appointment comes as Genpact continues to strengthen its leadership bench and expand its footprint in India, including its growing presence in Kerala.
