    Commvault Launches Cloud Rewind 

    Commvault introduced  Cloud Rewind, a new solution that aims at transforming how cloud-first organizations recover and rebuild after cyberattacks. With Cloud Rewind, companies can restore their entire cloud infrastructure, including critical application environments and configurations, through a highly automated and streamlined process. Powered by technology from Commvault’s acquisition of Appranix, this solution integrates cloud-native distributed application recovery capabilities, providing a comprehensive, seamless approach to cyber resilience.

    Expanding Support for Google Cloud with Advanced Cyber Recovery for Google Workspace 

    Commvault revealed its upcoming  Google Cloud Backup and Cyber Recovery Solution  for  Google Workspace, slated for release by the end of 2024. This enterprise-grade solution will offer robust protection for Gmail, Google Drive, and Shared Drives, ensuring compliance and data recoverability for businesses. Leveraging the ease of a SaaS model, the solution aims to meet the growing demand for secure and reliable cloud data protection.

    Commvault and Pure Storage Join Forces to Help Financial Institutions Meet DORA Standards 

    A new partnership between Commvault and  Pure Storage  was announced, aimed at helping financial institutions adhere to the stringent requirements of the  Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) . This joint cyber readiness solution, launching in January 2025, is designed to enable global banks and financial institutions to handle unforeseen events with ease, ensuring swift recovery and compliance with evolving regulations.

    Elevating Cyber Resilience for AWS Cloud-First Organizations 

    Commvault unveiled the availability of its  Commvault Cloud Cyber Resilience Platform  on  Amazon Web Services (AWS). The platform includes advanced data protection and recovery solutions from Commvault’s renowned SaaS offerings (previously branded as Metallic). AWS customers can now benefit from enhanced automation, data protection, and recovery tools to rebuild cloud applications and safeguard their environments against cyber threats.
