Tech Mahindra has named Arnav Sharma as Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD. In this role, Sharma will lead the CEO office, focusing on driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s priorities. His responsibilities include fostering cross-departmental collaboration, streamlining outcomes, and nurturing an agile culture that enables efficient and effective operations. The CEO office, under Sharma’s leadership, will also aim to co-create processes with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring impactful value creation and maximizing the CEO’s effectiveness across various organizational outcomes.

With over five years at Tech Mahindra, Sharma has made significant contributions, including serving as the Global Head of Strategic Marketing Programs (GSMP) and CEO Communications. In this capacity, he spearheaded strategic communications for the CEO, ensuring cohesive messaging that aligned with corporate objectives and strengthened stakeholder relationships. His efforts were instrumental in positioning Tech Mahindra as one of the fastest-growing IT services brands globally. Over four years, the brand achieved a 66% increase in value and secured a spot among the top seven brands in terms of strength in 2023.
Sharma is part of the Mahindra Accelerated Leader Track (MALT), a leadership program designed for associates preparing for business leadership roles across the Mahindra Group. He brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at renowned IT services firms, including Wipro, TCS, and Dell Services. Before joining Tech Mahindra, Sharma served as the Global Head of Marketing for the Life Sciences and Healthcare Units at TCS.
