MAXHUB has unveiled its new Experience Centre in Noida, reinforcing its commitment to driving innovation in workplace collaboration and enabling enterprises to experience next-generation communication and productivity solutions firsthand. Located at Smartworks Corporate Park, Sector 125, Noida, the facility has been designed as an immersive technology hub where customers, partners, system integrators, and enterprise decision-makers can explore MAXHUB’s latest portfolio of intelligent collaboration solutions.
The Experience Centre was inaugurated by Aaron Xiao, President – MAXHUB Global, with senior leadership including Lily Zhou, Chief Overseas Marketing Officer, MAXHUB; Pankaj Jha, Managing Director, MAXHUB India, and key industry stakeholders along with a representative from Microsoft. The centre, themed “Discover the Future of Intelligent Collaboration,” represents MAXHUB’s commitment to establishing a genuine local presence rather than remote sales operations, said the company.

The Experience Centre offers live demonstrations of the company’s newest innovations, including the U4 Series Interactive Display, AI-powered video conferencing systems, the all-new MAXHUB WB05, and large-format Active LED solutions. The facility aims to provide organisations with a hands-on understanding of how advanced collaboration technologies can help transform modern workplaces and support evolving hybrid work environments.
Speaking at the inauguration, Pankaj Jha, Managing Director, MAXHUB India, said the Experience Centre was created to help customers move beyond evaluating standalone products and instead experience complete collaboration environments tailored to their business needs. “This Experience Centre is open to all our customers and partners. Display and collaboration solutions are not products that customers can evaluate through a single demonstration. We wanted to create a space where organisations can experience different workplace scenarios and understand how technology fits into their specific requirements. Today’s enterprises have diverse meeting room environments and collaboration needs, and this centre enables them to see these different use cases in action before making decisions,” said Jha.
He further noted that enterprises are increasingly looking for end-to-end communication and collaboration experiences rather than individual hardware products. “When it comes to communication solutions, one of the biggest pain points for customers, as we hear through our channel partners, is that they want to experience the solution in its entirety. They do not want to see products in isolation. A meeting room experience cannot be effectively demonstrated with a single device; it requires a complete ecosystem of solutions working together. That was one of the key reasons behind establishing this Experience Centre,” Jha added.
According to Jha, the facility has been designed to replicate a wide range of workplace environments, enabling organisations to visualise how different technologies can be deployed based on room size, use case, and collaboration requirements. “This centre allows customers to understand the requirements of different room formats, whether it is a huddle room, a mid-sized meeting room, a large boardroom, or even a town hall setup. We have also showcased large-format Active LED solutions, which are difficult to demonstrate at a customer’s location. For organisations planning new offices or collaboration spaces, this provides an opportunity to evaluate both products and end-to-end solutions before making investment decisions,” he said.
The Experience Centre will also serve as a platform for customers to engage directly with MAXHUB experts on customised workplace strategies, meeting room modernisation projects, and digital workplace transformation initiatives. Through interactive demonstrations and consultations, visitors can gain insights into how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, are reshaping workplace experiences.
The launch comes at a time when organisations across industries are increasingly prioritising employee engagement, operational efficiency, and seamless communication as part of their future-of-work strategies. By bringing together interactive displays, intelligent conferencing solutions, AI-enabled collaboration tools, and immersive demonstration environments under one roof, MAXHUB says that it aims to help enterprises accelerate their digital workplace transformation journeys.
The company says MAXHUB’s approach to the Indian market rests on three key pillars: localisation, innovation, and partnerships, which define its long-term vision. The brand is driving value across the entire ecosystem by building a team of Indian professionals with dedicated technical support and training tailored to local needs. It is also offering immersive, hands-on experiences across environments ranging from huddle rooms to executive boardrooms, while strengthening collaboration with technology leaders and distribution partners to deliver end-to-end solutions nationwide.
