    Olan Musk and Failed Comedy Career: Bhavish Aggarwal Engaged in Heated Spat with Kunal Kamra

    After sparring with Rohan Verma, managing director of MapmyIndia recently on social media platforms, Bhavish Aggarwal, founder and CEO, Ola is now engaged in a heated debate with notable comedian Kunal Kamra. The spectacle began on social media platform X after Kamra posted a tweet criticising Ola Electric for its customer service. “Do indian consumers have a voice?  Do they deserve this? Two wheelers are many daily wage workers lifeline. Nitin Gadkari is this how Indians will get to using EV’s? Jago Graham Jago any word?Anyone who has an issue with OLA electric leave your story below tagging all,” he said.

    A seemingly offended Aggarwal immediately responded saying: “Since you care so much Kunal Kamra, come and help us out! I’ll even pay more than you earned for this paid tweet or from your failed comedy career. Or else sit quiet and let us focus on fixing the issues for the real customers. We’re expanding service network fast and backlogs will be cleared soon,” on X, a tweet which is being deemed “arrogant” by various users across social media.

    The war of words then escalated with Kamra asking Aggarwal: “Instead can you give a total refund to anyone who wants to return their OLA EV and who’s purchased it in the last 4 months? I don’t need your money people not being able to get to their workplace need your accountability. Show  your customers that you truly care?”

    The exchange further continued with Aggarwal saying: “We have enough programs for our customers if they face service delays. If you were a genuine one, you would have known. Again, don’t try and back out of this. Come and do some real work rather than armchair criticism. Do your research better next time. And the offer to come and help us out in our service center remains open. Take up the challenge. Maybe you’ll learn some real skills for a change.” 

    Customers Label Bhavish Aggarwal “Arrogant” and Share Complaints

    Irrespective of the online feud between, Kunal Kamra and Bhavish Aggarwal customers of Ola Electric took to X to state that the customer service issues with the company was genuine. According to media reports, Ola Electric recently received a whopping 80,000 complaints a month. “don’t know how to cook but that doesn’t mean I can’t say if the taste is good or not. How good a comedian is he has no relation whatsoever to how bad your OLA service is. The worst kind of arrogance is arrogance from ignorance. Wake up and read the writing on the wall,” said a user.

    Reports of Ola Electric customers being frustrated with the customer service has also increasingly been in the news of late. “I was one among the first to book and buy the Ola s1pro, today I pray for others who opt for it, Bhavish Aggarwal I liked you for your vision when you started, it’s time you should accept there is a huge gap in your service delivery v/s commitment and apologize to the people,” says another customer.
