National Technology Day serves as a powerful reminder of India’s transformative journey in science and technology. This year, industry leaders across sectors have shared their vision, celebrating the country’s accomplishments and laying out a roadmap for a future driven by innovation, inclusion, and sustainability.
Vijayant Rai, Managing Director – India, Snowflake, emphasized the importance of AI and workforce development, stating: “On this National Technology Day, India stands as a beacon of technological innovation. Anku Jain, Managing Director, MediaTek India, highlighted India’s global position in technology, remarking, ”India’s technology sector continues to be a strong pillar showcasing prominent and immense growth, powered by innovation in semiconductors, connectivity, and digital infrastructure. India ranks 39th in the Global Innovation Index (GII), which presents vast opportunities for developing advanced, innovative and sustainable technologies which will help drive the country’s digital vision forward.
