Kamal Nath has announced his decision to retire from Sify to join Workmates Core2Cloud, a company founded 5 years ago. He shall, however, continue to be associated with Sify Digital Services as a member of the board. “After 12 rewarding years as CEO of Sify Technologies, the time has come for me to embark on an exciting new chapter. I am stepping into the entrepreneurial world, driven by my passion for innovation and for creating opportunities in IT, Data Centre, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital services & Artificial Intelligence,” said Kamal Nath on this move.
He also stated that his journey with Sify was transformative with personally and professionally. “My journey with Sify has been transformative, both professionally and personally. I am immensely grateful to Raju Vegesna, our Chairman, for his trust, guidance, and unwavering support over these years. Together, we navigated challenges, achieved significant milestones, and helped shape Sify’s path as a leader in digital transformation,” he stated while adding that he would still stay engaged with key customer initiatives and continue to advise and support the Sify team as the member of the board.
