Preet Duggal has been promoted to the role of Joint Vice President at Havells India. Duggal is an industry veteran with over three decades of experience across several notable companies such as Hero Honda Motors, LG and Nippon.Reflecting on his appointment, Duggal said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Joint Vice President at Havells India Ltd!”.

At Havells, Duggal has been instrumental in driving manufacturing operations for over two years, focusing on efficiency, quality, and operational resilience. Under his leadership, the company has implemented Manufacturing Excellence Initiatives, resulting in measurable gains in manpower productivity, reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improvements in Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Duggal’s tenure at Havells has also seen the optimization of inventory management processes, aligning operations with market demands while ensuring a streamlined supply chain. His hands-on approach to manufacturing and logistics has strengthened the company’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality products.

Prior to Havells, Duggal’s leadership as Plant Head at Nippon Audiotronics and roles in multi-plant operations have equipped him with a strong foundation in process excellence and strategic logistics management.
