Notable industry leader Vijay Sivaram has announced the launch of his new venture RVAIGlobal, an AI Services company. RVAIGlobal aims at helping global enterprises achieve their AI goals and become a AI led organization through cutting-edge solutions and a customer-first approach. “After 2 plus decades of being an employee, being part of founding teams , learnings from fantastic leadership , customers serviced and having class act colleagues led me to believe that entrepreneurship is not a one act journey. On that note am pleased to announce my next venture, presenting to you all RVAIGlobal a unified AI services platform,” said Sivaram on LinkedIN.

The company has been launched as the future of enterprises and workforce will be the combination of agentic platforms working alongside with talent improving productivity across processes and outcomes. “Along with friend and co founder Rohit Himatsingka, RVAI will enable organisations to leverage the changing face of the technology industry by offering an all AI services suite ensuring our clients are always AI ready and help develop business applications that are AI first As enterprises evolve into having both the human workforce as well as the digital workforce work side by side, RVAIGlobal will act as a partner in that journey,” commented Sivaram.

Vijay Sivaram has been in the IT industry for over three decades, and has held leadership positions across several notable companies. Previously, Vijay was part of the chairman’s office at Quess Corp, where he supported strategic and special projects. Previously, he served as the CEO of the professional staffing division, QITS (Magna Infotech), as well as the search and recruitment division.
He was responsible for driving the growth of the professional staffing and recruitment business operations across India and the Asia-Pacific region by fostering customer relationships and developing key vendor strategies. As a member of the founding team of Quess Corp (IKYA) since its inception in 2007, Vijay played a pivotal role in driving various businesses, including recruitment, temporary staffing, AI and technology, facility management, and engineering services.
