E2E Networks announced the appointment of Abhishek Shindadkar as Head, Founder’s Office. In this role, Abhishek will lead E2E’s capital strategy, including sizing GPU investments with the right mix of equity, debt and strategic partnerships, and building long-term investor relationships.
The appointment forms part of the company’s broader strategy to drive its next phase of growth and investment and to scale GPU capacity. A former Director at InCred Equities, Abhishek brings more than 21 years of capital markets experience and will work closely with the founders on corporate finance, capital budgeting, corporate development, treasury and investor relations. “GPU infrastructure is capital-intensive, and the companies that get their financing right will set the pace in India’s AI build-out. I’m joining E2E to make sure our capacity grows on a balance sheet built for the long term,” said Abhishek Shindadkar, Head, Founder’s Office, E2E Networks.

Abhishek is a seasoned capital markets professional specialising in the technology sector, recognised for connecting sector dynamics with institutional valuation frameworks. He has led technology research at institutional platforms including InCred Equities, Elara Capital, Equirus Securities and ICICI Securities, and was among the first analysts to identify AI cloud architecture, GPU infrastructure, neo-cloud platforms and data centres as a structural theme. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
