Sookti AI has appointed enterprise technology leader Gagan Mohan Singh as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), reinforcing the company’s focus on expanding its AI-native SAP services and autonomous enterprise execution capabilities. Singh announced his appointment, describing it as the beginning of a new chapter in his career after working across enterprise technology, SAP transformation, consulting, presales, business development and leadership roles over nearly two decades.
In his new role, Singh will focus on scaling Sookti AI’s technology capabilities, accelerating customer adoption of AI-driven SAP transformation, strengthening relationships across the SAP ecosystem, and translating artificial intelligence innovation into measurable business outcomes. Reflecting on his move, Singh acknowledged his previous stint at Deloitte, where he worked with Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies on enterprise transformation initiatives. “Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. I am delighted to share that I have joined Sookti AI as Chief Information Officer,” Singh said. He added that enterprise transformation is undergoing a significant shift with artificial intelligence changing traditional delivery models.
“The future will not simply be about adding AI to traditional delivery models. It will be about reimagining how work gets done, moving from manually intensive processes towards intelligent, scalable and increasingly autonomous execution,” he said. According to Singh, Sookti AI is building autonomous agents capable of supporting organisations across the SAP lifecycle, from analysis and transformation to testing, documentation and continuous improvement, with the objective of improving speed, consistency and intelligence in enterprise execution. As CIO, Singh said his priorities include scaling the company’s capabilities and market presence, helping enterprises accelerate SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and positioning Sookti AI as a differentiated AI-native SAP services company. “There is much to learn, much to scale and an exciting road ahead. A new chapter. A bold vision. Building Autonomous Agents for SAP,” he said.
Before joining Sookti AI, Singh held leadership positions across several technology organisations. Most recently, he served as SAP Presales Lead at NEC Corporation India, where he worked on SAP implementation, migration and digital transformation projects. He has also held leadership roles at Page Industries, PepsiCo, IBM, NEC Technologies India and Dukantastic Retail Apps. With experience spanning SAP ERP, enterprise architecture, AI strategy and digital transformation, Singh is expected to play a key role in advancing Sookti AI’s vision of delivering AI-led enterprise transformation for SAP customers.
