Industry Veteran Lata Singh Joins Vyuha.ai as Strategic Advisor

Notable industry leader Lata Singh has joined Vyuha.ai as a Strategic Advisor, bringing more than three decades of experience across enterprise technology, business leadership, customer engagement and ecosystem management.. “Some roles are a new beginning, others are a continuation of everything & everyone you have encountered along the way,” Singh said. “After more than three decades in technology, one thing I have learnt is that careers may be shaped by opportunities, but the most meaningful journeys are often shaped by enduring connections.”

At Vyuha.ai, Singh will bring her experience to an enterprise AI landscape that is rapidly moving from experimentation towards wider adoption, particularly around Agentic AI. Her focus will include helping the company navigate questions around trust, security, governance, scalability and business value as organisations evaluate AI-led transformation. “The possibilities with AI are significant, but so are the questions: Can we trust it? Can we secure and govern it? Can it scale? and most importantly where is the business value?” Singh said.

She added that these are the perspectives she hopes to bring to Vyuha.ai, drawing on her experience across technology, business, customers, partners and ecosystems to help build enterprise trust and scale responsibly. Singh’s career spans leadership roles at IBM and CA Technologies. At IBM, she held several senior positions across partner ecosystems, technology sales, global system integrators and public and communications sectors. Her responsibilities included building partner ecosystems, developing go-to-market models, driving technology adoption and working with global system integrators and consulting organisations.

Before IBM, Singh spent nearly nine years at CA Technologies, where she held leadership roles in partners and alliances as well as cloud and managed service providers. Her work included developing service-provider ecosystems and alternative routes to market for enterprise and cloud technologies. Beyond her business leadership roles, Singh has been actively involved in mentoring, inclusive leadership and initiatives focused on creating opportunities for women. She serves as an Executive Committee Member of the CII Indian Women Network and as an advisory council member of TalentNomics India.

Singh said the new role will also allow her to continue areas she considers important, including mentoring, building inclusive leadership, connecting ecosystems and continuous learning. “Perhaps this is what rewiring looks like, Advising, Mentoring, Building, Connecting, Learning,” she said. For Vyuha.ai, Singh’s appointment adds an experienced enterprise and ecosystem perspective as the company looks to build and scale in the evolving AI landscape. Her experience across technology businesses, customers, partners and go-to-market ecosystems is expected to complement the company’s entrepreneurial approach.
