Sarit Bose has taken on the role of Founder and Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Cebrion, a deep tech product development firm and incubator building enterprise-grade, AI-first products across risk and financial intelligence. Cebrion was set up with a clear purpose: to take enterprise products all the way from concept to commercial reality. Operating across India, Middle East and the UK, that arc spans product strategy, AI product management, AI first SDLC & engineering, and go-to-market through strategic alliances with global system integrators and consulting firms. Sarit owns it end to end. He has chosen to build in the category he knows best: AI-native governance, risk and compliance.

The flagship offering is just one part of a wider incubation portfolio. Cebrion’s bets also extend into AI-native risk-tech, pricing intelligence, and intelligent document processing, with delivery teams working across the UK and India. Sarit’s mandate covers the complete arc of company building product vision and roadmap, ISV-style partnerships with global consulting firms and cloud ecosystems and embedding AI governance and responsible AI practices directly into how the products are shipped alongside P&L ownership and hiring.
Sarit joined a start-up early in his career and helped scale it into a global revenue assurance product company; since then he has shipped a product for the world’s largest bank, stood up joint ventures that gave partnerships their own commercial engine, and founded and grown Data & AI practices at Cognizant, Prodapt and Protiviti, a multimillion European AI, analytics and data practice built from scratch, a multi-year deal that formed the largest part of practice revenue, double digit year-on-year growth, and first-party partnerships with Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud and Databricks taken from alliance formation to co-sell execution.
Outside of his operating role, Sarit writes and speaks widely on enterprise AI adoption, AI governance and responsible AI, and the economics of GenAI. He is a published author and writes The Data Rambler, a monthly blog on LinkedIn, is an MIT Sloan alum, and has previously served as a guest lecturer at several business and finishing schools. One belief ties all of this together: data and AI create real advantage only when they change a decision and at Cebrion, that is the bar every product is built to clear.
