Jayadev brings more than 20 years of multinational experience spanning IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and global operations. He has a strong track record of aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes, driving large-scale transformation programmes, and operationalising complex IT strategies across global enterprises.

Prior to joining Sandisk, Jayadev served as Vice President and CIO, as well as head of the AI Transformation Office at Skyworks Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology roadmap over nearly eight years. During his tenure, he led a comprehensive three-year strategy to build a world-class IT organisation, with a sharp focus on enterprise security and business transformation.

Notably, he drove a nearly $40 million infrastructure modernisation initiative, significantly reducing technical debt while strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture. He was also instrumental in defining and executing the corporate AI strategy, enabling enterprise-wide adoption of AI, machine learning, and IoT solutions.

Jayadev additionally led the integration of Skyworks’ $2.75 billion acquisition of the infrastructure and automotive business unit of Silicon Labs, supporting the creation of a new mixed-signal solutions business. His leadership extended to implementing a cloud-first strategy, enhancing scalability and performance, and establishing robust business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks.

Beyond operational execution, he worked closely with board members and audit committees on security transformation programmes, achieving a significant improvement in organisational security maturity over a three-year period. Earlier in his career, Jayadev held leadership roles at organisations including Momentive, where he served as CIO and built global IT strategy for a $2.5 billion enterprise, and Parker Hannifin, where he led global IT operations and strategy across regions. His professional journey also includes stints at Imperial Brands and other global firms, where he drove IT governance, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Jayadev is actively engaged in industry forums. He currently serves as Chairperson of the Board at SoCalCIO and is a member of the advisory board at International Data Corporation (IDC), contributing to thought leadership in the evolving CIO landscape.
