AIonOS and Perpetuuiti Launch World’s First AI-Powered BCM Agent

In a groundbreaking development, AIonOS and Singapore-based Perpetuuiti Technosoft Services PTE Ltd. have joined forces to create a joint venture that will redefine business continuity management (BCM). Combining AIonOS’s next-generation Agentic AI platform with Perpetuuiti’s automated enterprise resilience expertise, the collaboration has launched the world’s first certified BCM AI Agent. This innovation is designed to empower enterprises to anticipate disruptions, respond autonomously, and recover mission-critical operations faster than ever before.

CP Gurnani, Co-Founder and CEO at AIonOS, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in scaling AIonOS’s global presence. “We’ve opened six offices across Indonesia, Singapore, India, the UK, Germany, and the US. By 2025-2026, we plan to expand further, with 15 new offices in strategic locations such as Dubai, Bangalore, and Mohali. This joint venture with Perpetuuiti accelerates our mission, as we now extend our reach to Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai, leveraging Perpetuuiti’s strong presence in these cities.”

Gurnani also highlighted the venture’s focus on enterprise AI and cybersecurity: “Our enterprise AI strategy is incomplete without cybersecurity. With Perpetuuiti, we’re introducing resilience-focused AI to secure data and operations. This is not just about protecting against disruptions but recovering faster and stronger. Cybersecurity resilience is the backbone of a truly agentic AI-powered future.”

    Transforming Industry Verticals with AI

Arjun Nagulapally, Chief Technology Officer at AIonOS, outlined how the joint venture aims to disrupt industries like travel, logistics, hospitality, and telecom. “From AIonOS’s perspective, our vision is crystal clear. We aim to disrupt the enterprise space with AI at the core of our strategy. Our collaboration with Perpetuuiti is a natural extension of this vision, seamlessly aligning with our approach to innovation. Our approach is domain-specific, solving customer pain points with precision. For example, in airlines, we’ve launched predictive cargo pricing models and multilingual customer experience solutions. With Perpetuuiti, we’re integrating resilience and disaster recovery into our offerings, ensuring enterprises can recover from disruptions swiftly and efficiently.”

Nagulapally elaborated on the synergies driving this collaboration: “Perpetuuiti’s agentic experiences complement our platform perfectly. Together, we’re creating a compelling ecosystem for AI-driven enterprise resilience. This joint venture allows us to provide not just protection and prevention but a robust recovery framework, which is a critical gap in the market. Our goal is to harness synergies and enable customers to experience a holistic AI transformation. We don’t view our role as limited to isolated areas. Instead, we see AI as a means to address broader challenges across verticals, including cybersecurity, where agentic experiences can redefine resilience. We truly believe the future lies in agentic AI, and we are leading the charge with our transformative value propositions.”

The Critical Role of Resilience in the AI Era

Rohil Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO at Perpetuuiti, stressed the growing need for resilience in an AI-driven world. “AI is just beginning its journey, but let’s be clear—AI doesn’t run on air; it runs on hardware. It requires data center space, servers, applications, and connectivity. In an increasingly connected world, disruptions can have catastrophic and widespread consequences, as we’ve seen with recent high-profile cyber incidents. This highlights a critical point: as AI becomes more prevalent, especially in enabling seamless conversations and operations, systems must be resilient. If your foundational infrastructure and backbone aren’t robust, you’re setting yourself up for failure. Our partnership with AIonOS is about enabling enterprises to bounce back within predictable timeframes, preventing minor incidents from becoming front-page disasters.”

Sharma also shared insights from Perpetuuiti’s track record: “Over 14 years, we’ve completed more than 100,000 automated trips for clients, providing unmatched confidence in recovery capabilities. Resiliency isn’t about assigning blame but is every organization’s responsibility. It’s not the problem of data centers, vendors, or crowd management systems; it’s on you. The real question isn’t whether you can recover from disruptions; it’s how quickly you can recover. Any incident, given enough time, can escalate into a disaster—and from there, a headline story. If you want to avoid becoming the next cautionary tale, join us on this journey. Our customers understand that while embarking on an AI journey is critical, getting the basics right is even more so. With AIonOS, we’re building a future-proof system that combines resilience with predictive AI, giving enterprises the tools to respond and recover with unprecedented speed.”

    Looking Ahead

Gurnani further added: “Recovery is the real game-changer. Most products today emphasize protection, prevention, and response, but very few focus on recovery. That’s what we bring to the table—products and solutions that provide confidence, conviction, and the ability to recover quickly when disruptions occur. This alliance with Perpetuuiti exemplifies our commitment to integrating AI with cybersecurity. Our joint venture focuses on providing an agentic AI layer, an AI factory dedicated to Perpetuuiti and its customers. This collaboration enables faster deployments, enhanced monitoring, and quicker recovery times. Ultimately, while disasters are inevitable, the key lies in recovery—not just speed but also predictability. With our solutions, we ensure you’re not only prepared for disruptions but also equipped to bounce back efficiently and effectively.”

Gurnani concluded by outlining the venture’s ambitious goals: “In the first year, we aim to grow this co-business to 100 people, generating $5 to $8 million in revenue. Our focus will be on leveraging technology, talent, and market access to deliver unparalleled value across key sectors like TTLH (travel, transportation, logistics, and hospitality) and telecom.”
