SquadStack.ai announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as Head of Finance and Legal.Saurabh will lead the company’s finance and legal functions, spanning financial planning, controllership, commercial structuring, and legal and compliance, as SquadStack scales its business and revenue. He brings over two decades of finance leadership across some of India’s best-known consumer businesses. He has held senior finance roles at Bharti Airtel and Zomato, led finance for MobiKwik’s wallet business, and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Advantage Club. He is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with an All India Rank of 48, and a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

The appointment comes at a point of rapid growth for SquadStack. The company now runs over 50 lakh AI calls a day for 60+ large consumer brands including IndiaMART, BankBazaar, AngelOne, DMI Finance, Amazon and Swiggy. At that scale, finance and legal take on a larger role in how commercial agreements are structured, how revenue is managed, and how compliance keeps pace with a widening client base.
