Select CityWalk is a popular mall in New Delhi, which emerged between 2004 and 2007, and became operational on the 12th of October 2007. The mall initially relied on single user Tally, and within the first year of operations, transitioned it into a multi-user Tally. Tally is noted for its limitations, particularly its lack of front end and back end integration. This necessitates manual data entry for every business transaction, leading to inefficiencies. The absence of consistency and the difficulty in retrieving data from previous months further compound these challenges. As of today, all common area maintenance costs have been directed through SAP, enabling precise tracking of expenses across different categories on a monthly basis. Currently, SAP seamlessly integrates all facets of the business operations, encompassing engineering, operations, security, and housekeeping.
